J. Croyle & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Joan Croyle, C.P.C. She was formerly the President of a diversified chain of employment services with offices in California, Arizona, Georgia, Indiana and Pennsylvania. She served as a two term State President of the Pennsylvania Association of Personnel Consultants and three years Government Affairs Chairman for the State of Pennsylvania. She was awarded the Certified Personnel Consultant designation in 1983. This certification expands the knowledge base in Employment Law, changing regulations, business practices and highest ethical standards. Because of her dedication to the employment industry, she was awarded the Pennsylvania Association of Personnel Consultants highest award given, the Presidents Award.
