A well established estate management firm in Pittsburgh is hiring for an administrative assistant to support their account managers. As an administrative assistant you will handle the answering and routing of calls, provide high quality customer service to clients, drafting general correspondence, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. You will also be responsible for general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing paperwork, preparing presentations as needed, coordinating schedules, and taking meeting notes.
Detail-oriented individuals with experience providing administrative support are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will have the ability to handle confidential information, strong multitasking and organizational skills, and working knowledge of Mac IOS. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
